What makes TRASKA watches scratch-resistant?
Every TRASKA watch undergoes a proprietary hardening treatment that increases the surface hardness of our surgical-grade stainless steel, making it significantly more resistant to scratches and scuffs than standard luxury watches.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping usually takes 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period for all unworn watches in their original packaging with all protective plastics intact. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Do TRASKA watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all our watches are backed by a three-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing or mechanical defects under normal use.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Absolutely. Each model is engineered for durability, with water resistance ratings ranging from 100m to 200m depending on the collection, featuring screw-down crowns for added security.
Do you offer international shipping?
