At TRASKA, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. We offer a 14-day return and exchange window for all watches in original, unworn condition with all protective plastics intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all links, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring the package is scanned.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our watchmakers verify the timepiece's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
